For Nonprofits

Any nonprofit that has a challenge or opportunity in marketing and is looking for marketing experts to help support as a thought-partner, an adviser, a trouble-shooter, or an implementer can apply to attend Marketing Impact Day. You will leave the day with a clear set of next steps, whether thats a set of recommendations or a concrete deliverable.

Common projects that can be accomplished in five hours are:

  • General organizational marketing assessment & recommendations

  • Outline of marketing plan

  • Social media strategy

  • PR strategy

  • Update to key messaging

  • Tagline development

Impact Day is free to attend. We recommend 1-3 participants from your organization, including the Executive Director and the person who leads marketing.

Nonprofits must apply to attend as there is very limited space. Applications are due by midnight on Aug 9:

For Professionals

Any marketing professional who is interested in using their skills to help support a nonprofit can apply to be a pro bono volunteer at Marketing Impact Day. Your participation will depend on the nonprofit participants’ needs so it’s imperative to apply and list your skillsets.

Common skillsets needed includes:

  • Copywriter

  • Marketing strategy

  • Brand strategy

  • Social media strategy

  • Content management

  • Media relations

  • Graphic design

Marketing professionals must apply to attend as there is very limited space. Your participation will be confirmed only if you are matched with a nonprofit who is in need of your expertise.
